The Shareholders and Board have strategically decided to embark on an exciting journey of separation, paving the way for two distinct entities – Stella Futura AB for the Nordics and a fresh new face, "Infra Futura Group AB," for sub-Saharan Africa.

This bold move is fueled by our unwavering commitment to growth and geographical expansion, particularly in the dynamic sub-Saharan African market. After three remarkable years of success in industrial and commercial segments, we are thrilled to introduce Infra Futura Group AB, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, with regional subsidiaries tailored to each African country of operation.

Why the change?

 We are placing renewed focus on scaling up our health facility electrification program in the sub-region, leveraging innovative financing models, including carbon financing. The transition is not just a name change; it's a strategic shift towards greater impact and sustainability.

As of today, Monday, 5th February 2024, Infra Futura is officially in action! Rest assured, all ongoing projects and contracts remain valid. Our dedicated Infra Futura team is geared up to work seamlessly with our partners during this transition period.
